We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team, with a special focus on the Human Resources domain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex IT projects and a strong understanding of IT and HR processes and Systems.

The position is placed in Rudersberg at WERU GmbH with projects both in Germany as well as Switzerland.

You will work closely with a team consisting of IT management, Project Managers, specialists and project participants from both the business and IT. The goal is to optimize current processes and initiate new initiatives as part of the industrialization process and journey DOVISTA is on. You will work with data and digitalization projects involving upgrades and implementation of IT systems. An informal tone, humor, and mutual respect characterize everyday life.

Your responsibilities:

- Lead and manage end-to-end IT projects within the HR and IT area, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines and resource allocation
- Translate strategic initiatives into processes and projects that can be implemented in DOVISTA
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Facilitate communication between IT technical teams, HR departments and other stakeholders
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide detailed reports to senior management
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities with top management to support

Your qualification:

- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum 6 years of experience in project management, with a focus on HR systems and processes
- Strong understanding of payroll and time-management systems
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g. Prince2, Scrum)
- Certification in Project Management (e.g. Prince2, Scrum) is highly desirable
- Fluent in English and German
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Ability to influence and engage stakeholders across all organizational levels
