Wir suchen ab sofort für unseren Kunden, ein Unternehmen der pharmazeutischen Industrie in Mainz, einen IT Risk Manager Pharma (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.

Das bringen Sie mit

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Risk Management, or related fields
• 3+ years of experience in IT compliance, risk management, or related areas
• Familiarity with risk management frameworks and tools (COBIT, ServiceNow IRM)
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., GxP, KRITIS, EU AI Act, SOX)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CRISC, or similar are preferred
• Empathic and supportive professional
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Equipped with strong negotiation skills to mediate and resolve disagreements between stakeholders
• Having excellent written and verbal communication skills

Der Job

• Develop and implement IT risk management strategies, policies, and frameworks
• Identify, submit assessments, and prioritize IT risks
• Support risk assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of IT controls and processes
• Collaborate with OneIT teams, OneIT security, and business teams to design and implement risk management framework and response plans
• Monitor emerging OneIT threats, vulnerabilities and recommend proactive solutions
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices (e.g., GDPR, ISO27001, NIST, GxP, SOX, etc.)
• Prepare and present risk reports to senior management and stakeholders
• Educating employees on IT risk awareness and promotes a culture of security and compliance
