In order to support the three backbones of Engineering: the Chief Engineers, the CoC’s and the Top Management, Airbus Defence and Space is looking for an

Integrated Planning Engineer (d/f/m) Workload/Workforce analysis

Integrated planning is a support function to the three backbones of Engineering: the Chief Engineers, the CoC’s and the Top Management involved in all workload and workforce processes of Engineering perimeter. TEXA supports all programs of Engineering D&S for workload planning, management and reporting as well as for scheduling activities. The open position has the opportunity to work with the overview over all the programs the department covers, as well as supporting decision-making on performance. Furthermore, on the CoC’s and Top Management side, the position is in contact with the workload and workforce balance process supporting the analysis. The double vision on workload and resources makes the position attractive for those who would like to delve into the company and overall program performance.

Located about an hour’s drive north of Munich, Manching is an up-and-coming market town that offers a wide range of leisure and cultural activities. Your tasks and responsibilities

• Monitoring and reporting of project performance
• Workload data consistency
• Support workload planning exercises (operational planning, forecast, estimate at completion, etc.) for Engineering perimeter
• Support workload and workforce process for Engineering perimeter
• Support to the team for own tools development

Desired skills and qualifications

• Engineering Master's degree or equivalent qualification
• First professional experience is welcomed but not required
• Good MS Office skills, mainly Excel
• Autonomous and proactive personality paired with great team spirit as well as analytical and good data-handling skills and adaptive in a changing environment
• Knowledge of English and German is required, Spanish would be a plus
