In order to support the Single Aisle Ramp Up Fuselage in Hamburg, Airbus Commercial is looking for an
Aircraft Manager / Risk Sharing Partner (d/f/m)

At Airbus, you will work in an international environment at the interface between supplier management, performance monitoring and industrial operations. As an Aircraft Manager / Risk Sharing Partner, you will play a key role in ensuring the performance, competitiveness and delivery reliability of our international partners while contributing to the success of Airbus production programmes.
Your location
The position is located in Hamburg-Finkenwerder, the largest production site for civil aircraft situated in Hamburg. Its location on the southern banks of the river Elbe includes the option to commute by ferry. Your tasks and responsibilities
- Actively manages performance and operations of assigned on site partners and suppliers
- Works closely with partners on the shopfloor to receive instant feedback if work is conducted and improves performance and processes through
- Continuously tracks and analyzes defined KPIs and measurement against targets for each assigned partner
- Acts as voice of the partner (focal point) and represents them in internal escalations, supports Risk Sharing Partner projects/strategy
- Runs regular performance dialogues with partners on different time frames, sets performance objectives and updates them as necessary
- Provides training and coaching to partners on best practices to sustainable increase their performance
- Coordinate and priorities with the different stakeholders

Desired skills and qualifications
- Strong knowledge of partners management
- Eager to learn over and over
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Familiar with data analysis (Tool affinity for Skywise, Tandem, SAP)
- Familiar with FAL environment and well connected
- English mandatory; French and German preferred
- Techniker / bachelor minimum needed
