As a STADA+ intern, you work exclusively on one dedicated business case. You take ownership, collaborate with experts across functions and help transform ideas into tangible outcomes - not just slides, but initiatives that move STADA forward.

Your STADA+ Business Case
In this STADA+ case, you will support the implementation and optimization of an autonomous sourcing software within STADA Procurement, with the goal of unlocking significant cost-saving potential and driving data-driven decision-making.

Your focus will be on:

• Stakeholder Engagement: Support alignment with local buyers across various countries to ensure smooth adoption of new sourcing and negotiation solutions.
• Training Assistance: Help prepare and deliver training materials and sessions to procurement teams and local buyers.
• Supplier Communication: Act as a liaison with suppliers to introduce the new system, address concerns, and encourage participation.
• Implementation Support: Collaborate with procurement and IT teams to facilitate the rollout and integration of the solution.
• Coordination Across Regions: Work closely with teams in different countries to ensure consistent understanding and application of the new processes.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of feedback, training activities, and supplier interactions, providing regular updates to the project team.
• Monitoring results and helping to further develop scalable, autonomous procurement processes

Who We Are Looking For

• You are currently enrolled in an advanced stage of your Bachelor's degree or enrolled in a Master's program
• Your field of study is Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Data Science or a related discipline
• You bring strong analytical skills and enjoy working with data and digital tools
• You have an interest in AI, automation or data-driven decision-making, ideally with first practical exposure
• You work structured, solution-oriented and proactively take ownership of your tasks
• You communicate confidently in German and English and enjoy collaborating with different stakeholders
