What you can expect

• In your role as Executive Search Lead, you act as a strategic advisor to the CEO, CFO, CHRO and global functional leaders on talent availability, market trends and competitive insights.
• You lead global end-to-end Executive Search processes, including market mapping, longlist and shortlist creation, as well as direct outreach to senior leaders.
• You build and continuously develop global leadership talent pipelines for succession planning.
• You drive process excellence and ensure consistent global standards in Executive Search.
• You manage and evaluate external Executive Search partners, ensuring clear alignment with STADA's expectations and performance standards.
• You provide a premium, confidential candidate experience and represent STADA's leadership culture and EVP in all senior-level interactions.

Who we are looking for

• In your role, you bring 10-15 years of experience in Executive Search (in-house or with a top-tier search firm).
• You have a strong track record in hiring Executive roles and an extensive global network in Pharma, Consumer Health, FMCG or PE-backed environments.
• You are able to effectively influence and partner with senior stakeholders up to C-suite level.
• You have deep expertise in direct sourcing, market mapping and global talent intelligence.
• You work with a high level of discretion, speed and a strong ownership mindset.
• You have excellent communication skills in English; German is an advantage.
• You are used to working in fast-paced, international environments.
