For our Global Business Process Excellence Department, we are looking for a Global Process Owner Sales (f/m/d).

The Global Process Owner (GPO) Sales is responsible for the end-to-end design, governance, and continuous improvement of global sales administration processes. The role ensures standardized, efficient, and scalable processes across regions, enabling operational excellence and supporting commercial teams.

The GPO defines global standards, drives process harmonization, and works closely with regional teams, Finance and Digital to optimize performance, reduce complexity, and support digital transformation.

YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE

*

Define and maintain the group-wide end-to-end Sales process and global minimum standards across all countries​

*

Drive process standardization across countries, business lines, and operating units

*

Identify opportunities to simplify and streamline sales administration activities

*

Establish process governance on how to make the sales process work ​

*

Close collaboration with the Global Process Owners and GBPE Team

*

Reduce country-level process variation while formalizing and controlling necessary local deviations​

*

Define and monitor global Sales process KPIs and steering governance (e.g., Dashboards & Meeting cadence) ​

*

Translate global process standards into system, e.g., CRM/ERP requirements in partnership with Digital​

*

Identify automation and digitalization opportunities

*

Rollout / support of process related software tools

*

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, control, and commercial effectiveness​

*

Lead change management & adoption across country Sales organizations through enablement, training, & structured rollout support​

*

Define & manage interfaces to other functional processes (e.g., Marketing)

YOUR PROFILE

*

Education/Qualification

*

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field​

*

BPM / Process Mgmt. Certification (e.g., CBPP)

*

Business Competence

*

Experience managing or participating in complex, cross-functional projects, preferably with exposure to process improvement and change management methodologies

*

Excellent process knowledge in Order to Cash/Supply Chain

*

End-to-End Sales & Commercial Process Design​

CRM & ERP Process Optimization​

Pricing Strategy & Commercial Controls​

Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Additional language skills are a plus but not required
