We are looking for a highly motivated HVAC Engineer (m/f/d) to join our team. On this position, you are responsible for the planning and engineering of challenging projects in the Biopharma and Life Sciences, Semiconductor and Data Center industry . You are the connection between our client, other project participants and contractors. You are the direct contact person for topics considering HVAC.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Planning and design of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems with a focus on industry projects
• Compliance with applicable international norms, standards, GMP regulations and regulatory requirements
• Creation of all planning documents; participation in 3D model and design reviews
• Determination of costs and implementation of price comparisons
• Participation in procurement negotiations with suppliers and contractors as well as management and coordination of external partners and contractors
• Coordination and monitoring of schedules, costs, and quality during the construction process

Show your expertise

• Completed studies in the field of Mechanical engineering or Building services
• Relevant professional experience in planning of HVAC systems in project environment
• Nice-to-have: Experience in clean room technology planning
• Knowledge of German engineering requirements (norms, standards, VOB, etc.)
• Competence in MS-Office, CAD and calculation software
• Structured way of working with engineering approach and work creativity; strong teamwork and communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of German and English, both in written and spoken
• Mobility and willingness to work on site for specific projects
