As a Specialist Corporate Production Management (m/f/d) at Exyte, you will play a key role in implementing and further developing our Lean philosophy across international projects.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Supporting the implementation of Lean Design and Lean Construction methods across all project phases using PPM (Project Production Management), LPS (Last Planner System), and Exyte standard software.
• Contributing to the training of project team members and key users on Lean Construction methods, tools, and software.
• Supporting the continuous improvement and optimization of standardized Lean tools and methods in close collaboration with stakeholders.
• Contributing to the transformation and development of high-performance teams by inspiring enthusiasm for Lean principles and production control.

Show your expertise

• A degree in engineering or project management.

• Understanding of Lean principles, experience in implementation of Lean project delivery methodologies.

• First experience in construction projects.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to facilitate workshops and trainings.

• A hands-on mentality and the motivation to drive sustainable improvements.
  Readiness to undertake regular weekly travel to our project sites for up to five days per week to support and train teams in the implementation of Lean principles and production control.
  Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken).
