We are seeking a dedicated Specialist EHS (m/f/d) focused on training who will design and deliver safety trainings, develop and update training materials, and maintain accurate documentation of all activities. In this role, you will also conduct safety audits, assess construction sites, and provide expert guidance to managers and workers to ensure safe working practices.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Develop and conduct safety training sessions for employees

• Create and update safety training materials and handouts

• Conduct safety audits and inspections

• Maintain records of training activities

• Supporting the implementation of safe working processes

• Regularly inspecting and assessing construction sites

• Advising and supporting construction managers, superintendents, and workers on site

• Successfully completed education / studies as Master / Technician / Engineer or other formal EHS qualification (SiFA, Nebosh)

• First professional experience in the field of EHS in major industrial, construction or manufacturing industries

• Demonstrated ability to work in teams of different cultural backgrounds, hierarchical levels, and skill sets

• Very good German skills, good English skills

• Willingness and ability to travel in Germany and Austria
