THE ROLE AND THE TEAM
You will be part of the Flagship team, consisting of 12 employees that are taking care of Tradebyte's biggest Brands (TOP 30) working within a cross functional set up, delivering a 360 degree service. Within the team we are responsible for the commercial part, delivering integration and consulting projects such as taking care of the customers day2day support queries. The team works with the most strategic brands and market leaders within their territory and segment.
Well-known brands that need tailor made solutions, custom developments and an agile and dynamic set up to untap new potential and actively acting on strategic opportunities - we support them as a strategic partner and grow their business together as a team.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)As an (Junior) Solution Delivery in our team, you are responsible for the entire integration of our top 30 and most important brands and retailers in our system and on the channels

You are responsible for the planning, management, and implementation of integration projects with our brands and retailers

You manage the support of several customer integrations at the same time

You are responsible for ensuring that our sales partners on the various marketplaces and channels can quickly sell their products to end consumers and have an optimal online presence

You support the integration as well as customer-specific projects from start to finish

For our partners, you are the specialist for our product and our top channels such as Zalando, AboutYou or ASOS

You prepare and host webinars, training sessions, and workshops for our partners - sometimes on site

WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IFYou have a degree in business informatics, computer science, business administration or completed a similar training

Ideally you already gained experience with Salesforce

You are structured and organized and you have a strong analytical approach; hands on mentality and problem solving skills describe your way of working

You are very interested in ​​e-commerce, in particular in data interfaces and online marketplaces as well as channels

You are very skilled in communicating via e-mail or telephone and appear professionally and confidently at customer meetings with world-famous brands and retailers

Your communication style is empathetic and patient, reliability and resilience are your strengths

You are fluent in English and German would be a plus
