We're looking for a motivated Junior Software Engineer (Kotlin) to join our team at Logistics and help us build such innovative solutions. You'll work alongside experienced engineers, contributing to the development and maintenance of technical solutions to extend our Transport Management System capabilities. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills and make a real impact.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)Bring your full-stack capabilities to extend and build new features for our first mile transport management service, tracking data from the UI to the database.

Apply your analytical skills to troubleshoot bugs, looking past the surface to resolve their actual root causes.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of system quality, keeping our code clean, well-tested, and maintainable under senior guidance.

Act as an engaged team player who actively contributes energy and ideas to our agile rituals and collaborative sessions.

WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IFYou bring 1-2 years of commercial software experience or a solid academic background in computer science fundamentals.

You possess a confident command of a JVM language (Kotlin/Java) and feel comfortable querying relational databases (SQL).

You have a strong capability for code comprehension—you focus on reading and truly understanding software logic before rewriting it.

You approach technical complexities with an analytical mind, consistently aiming for simple, elegant solutions over over-engineering.

You understand the basics of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and how modern pipelines securely deploy code to production.

You possess the autonomy to take ownership of well-scoped engineering tasks and drive them to completion independently.

You are highly receptive to technical mentorship and actively view code reviews as an opportunity to sharpen your skills.
