To strengthen the Chair of Microeconomics (Prof. Dr. Jenny Kragl) we are looking for a part-time research & teaching assistant (f/m/d) with the opportunity of obtaining a Doctoral Degree (Dr. rer. pol.) to start on December 1, 2026.

Interaction of science and practice

Ihre Aufgabe

       Developing and conducting individual and joint research projects on topics in applied Microeconomics and Behavioural Economics
       Writing a cumulative dissertation and completing the School’s Doctoral program
       Supporting the Economics group in tasks related to research and teaching
       Teaching (78,4 TU per semester) in the Business School’s BSc and MSc programs (mostly tutorials)
       Supervising academic student papers and theses

Ihr Profil

       Master Degree (MSc, MSQ, MRes) in Economics, Business, Mathematics, or related fields with excellent grades
       A strong interest in Microeconomics and the group’s research and teaching areas
       Strong methodological and analytical skills
       Teamwork capabilities, ability to work indepen-dently, and willingness to take on responsibility
       Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English; German language skills are desirable but not required
