FACS-based cell sorting and analysis, as well as comprehensive support for our users, form the core of the services we offer.
We work with around 150 users annually from 35 different research groups working on a wide range of projects, and work with primary tissue samples from mice, rats and humans, as well as bacteria, transfected cells and various cell lines. We support our users in the analysis of cells, particles and bacteria using our FACS analysers (BD FACS Canto II, BD LSRFortessa, MACSQuant 10) as well as our Cytek Aurora spectral flow cytometer, and we perform cell purification on our FACS cell sorters (BD FACS Aria Fusion, BD FACS Aria II) as a service.
