Your Tasks

• Disciplinary responsibility for the members of the team
• Be the point of contact for the project managers and proposal managers on resource needs
• Be the point of contact for the employees on technical matters and professional development
• Scheduling of staff incl. cooperation in the recruitment of personnel
• Cooperation with the line managers of the department
• Ensure technical information exchange and networking within the team, conduct team meetings to share knowledge between projects
• Implement lessons learned across projects for systems engineering processes
• Ensure the quantitative and qualitative timely provision of the required personnel with adequate skills for OHB System AG's projects
• Plan the work processes and tasks of the team, considering the project constraints, by supporting projects in the bidding process,
• Ensure completion of the allocated tasks productively, effectively and efficiently, taking into account the legal regulations and valid company agreements
• Evaluate compatibility of Technologies and Innovations with existing processes,
  Support achievement of department goals

Your Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, physics or equivalent
• Distinctive leadership experience as well as communication and conflict resolution skills
• Professional experience in satellite projects in particular in the fields under responsibility of the team
• Self-managed and pro-active working style
• Ability to work with and implement processes
• Ability to work in and coordinate a team
• Working level proficiency in written and spoken English. German and other language skills advantageous
