Your Tasks

• Interface function between project and logistics
• Forward-thinking planning of material supply for production based on project knowledge and understanding of internal logistics processes
• Organization and coordination of project-related shipping and transportation activities
• Organization of material provision for production
• Primary logistics contact for the projects
• Participation in project planning meetings
• Monitoring of material inflows from orders, subcontracting and other project-related deliveries and Organization and ensuring smooth deliveries in collaboration with the warehouse
• Preparation and monitoring of project shipping activities
• Close collaboration with the organizational units Production, Warehouse, Facility, Purchasing, Procurement, and Quality Assurance

Your Qualifications

• Completed apprenticeship as a Logistics Dispatcher, as a Professional Materials Management, or equivalent qualification
• Strong technical understanding; Advanced SAP user skills; High level of self-organization; Independent working style
• Good German and English skills
• High level of initiative; Excellent communication skills; Flexibility; Resilience; Confident appearance; Assertiveness
