Your Tasks

• Development of structural concepts for satellites
• Definition of structural requirements
• Supervision, monitoring and technical control of sub-contractors for structural components
• Responsibility for the structural sizing, coordination and conduction of structural analyses, documentation and presenting of results
• Performance of static-, dynamic and thermo-elastic analyses
• Definition and support of structural verification tests, including test specification, test prediction, test conductance and test evaluation
• Technical support for the system engineering in the domain of structural analysis

Your Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering with focus on Structural Engineering
• Experience in the development of satellite structures is an advantage
• Knowledge of static, dynamic, acoustic and thermo-elastic analyses
• Knowledge and experience with structural analysis software, such as Hyperworks, NASTRAN is an advantage
• Fluent in English reading and writing
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Organized, structured and target-oriented
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Business travel willingness
