As part of the Global Sourcing team and reporting to the Global Category Manager for Mobility & Marketing, you will be responsible for global Mobility ESG reporting and strategic requirements, as well as for driving procurement and process initiatives across the global Travel and Fleet Management categories.
In this role, you will support the company's climate ambitions and evolving regulatory and non-financial reporting requirements. At the same time, you will collaborate within our global Mobility team to create business value, strengthen supplier relationships, advance digital transformation, and ensure compliance with regulatory and risk standards.
Your Job
- Coordinate non-financial reporting for Own Operations at global and local level, including data collection and validation
- Define and implement robust processes for efficient data gathering and KPI tracking
- Act as a central strategic interface for internal stakeholders and key suppliers on ESG topics and procurement activities
- Support the Munich Re Group Environmental Manager in further developing and implementing the Mobility ESG strategy for Own Operations
- Drive supplier management and negotiations, continuously optimizing the end-to-end value chain across Travel and Fleet Management
- Leverage category and market knowledge to identify opportunities and deliver value
- Support the Global Category Manager in developing sourcing, supplier, and risk strategies, as well as shaping the process landscape
- Provide support and training to internal stakeholders
Your Profile
- University degree in Economics, Tourism Management, or a comparable qualification
- At least 3+ years of relevant experience in Travel or Fleet Management, or a comparable field
- Strong knowledge of the Mobility market
- Affinity for working with data, figures, and reports
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and solution-oriented skills
- Experience in managing global projects and cross-functional networks
- Strong service and customer orientation
- Collaborative and team-oriented working style
- Curiosity and the ability to translate new topics into tangible results
- Very good communication and presentation skills in English and German
- Confident manner combined with a high level of integrity
