Tasks

• Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to assist in the preparation of legal documents and briefs.
• Draft, review, and edit contracts, agreements, and other legal documentation under the supervision of attorneys.
• Manage and organize case files, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible for legal proceedings.
• Assist with the preparation and filing of regulatory compliance documents to ensure adherence to industry standards and legal requirements.
• Coordinate and communicate with internal teams and external parties to facilitate the smooth resolution of legal matters and support strategic business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience working as a paralegal or in a similar legal capacity.
• Strong understanding of legal terminology, processes, and documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
