Your tasks
* Management of weekly promotional communication mainly leaflet (digital and print), including planning, coordination, and quality assurance
* Stakeholder management for all internal and external partners involved in the weekly promotion process
* Development, optimization, and implementation of efficient marketing and campaign processes
* Leadership and coordination of external partners such as creative agencies and technical service providers
* Responsibility for technical solutions used in leaflet creation – from implementation to day‑to‑day operations
* Derivation and execution of strategic measures based on international promotion plans
* Ensuring contemporary, brand‑aligned design and customer‑centric communication
* Data-driven evaluation, profitability analysis, and continuous budget monitoring

Your profile
* Several years of relevant work experience
* Master's degree or equivalent professional work record
* Language skills: at least B2/C1 in German and in English
* Extensive experience in retail marketing ideally leaflet related
* Professional Experience in the international environment
* Strong stakeholder management, confident briefing and negotiating in English, excellent communication skills
