Für den Bereich "IM Service & Support" sucht zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen "Observability Consultant (w/m/d)" am Standort in Ulm.

Durch skalierbare und flexible Architekturen sowie mit geschäftsorientierten IT Lösungen ermöglichen wir die Wachstumsziele der HENSOLDT Gruppe. Wir stellen innovative digitale Lösungen für das Produktportfolio und für die Prozesse von HENSOLDT bereit.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Verantwortung für Konzeption, Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung von Observability Lösungen mit Fokus auf Digital Experience Monitoring
• Analyse erhobener Netzwerk-, Applikations- und User-Experience-Daten, inkl. Identifikation von Performance-Engpässe und Abhängigkeiten sowie Ableitung von konkreten Optimierungsmaßnahmen
• Unterstützung beim Troubleshooting sowie bei Root-Cause-Analysen von Performance-Problemen, Störungen und Ausfällen über mehrere Technologieebenen hinweg
• Erstellung und Pflege von Dashboards, Alerts und Reports, um Verfügbarkeit, Performance und Nutzererfahrung transparent darzustellen
• Vermittlung von Wissen in Workshops, Schulungen und technischen Dokumentationen

Ihr Profil

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-) Informatik oder vergleichbar
• Langjährige Berufserfahrung in komplexen IT-Infrastrukturen
• Breit aufgestelltes IT-Wissen über unterschiedlichste Bereiche (Netzwerk, Backoffice, Workplace, Applikationen) und Prozesse (ITIL) hinweg
• Idealerweise erste Erfahrung mit Nexthink
• Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit ServiceNow
• Hohe Methoden- und Prozesskompetenz (ITIL, SCRUM, etc.)
• Starke analytische Fähigkeiten sowie ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
• Fähigkeit sich in unterschiedlichste Personas zu versetzen, um Problemstellung aus allen Blickwinkeln bewerten zu können
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
