The Position
Are you an experienced Organizational Development and Transformation expert ready to take on your next big challenge? Do you enjoy partnering with senior leaders in complex, dynamic environments?

This position has a hybrid setup with approximately 2-3 days per week on site.
This position is part time eligible with minimum 80%.
Tasks & responsibilities

  • Together with our senior management, their teams and HR business partners, you will provide direct support for improving organizational performance on a global scale.
  • Utilizing your experience and knowledge of organizational theories, methodologies and frameworks, you will diagnose enhancement opportunities and design programs including strategies, consultation and interventions in order to meet business goals, to implement global transformations and to build future capabilities.
  • You will develop change management plans with the organization, utilize your experience to support corporate projects and facilitate their implementation whilst tracking and reviewing progress.
  • With your expertise, you will ensure robust diagnosis, appropriate strategies and successful implementation for the whole organization.
  • Furthermore, you will advise, coach and support the local management, their teams and the HR business partners to enable individual and team effectiveness, through insights, feedback and challenges.
  • As an important partner in identifying externally verified consultants, you will ensure that HR and business leaders are provided with appropriate support.
  • As Senior Manager, you will be responsible for large complex global initiatives with a high involvement of and cooperation with the senior executive management.

Requirements

  • Master's degree or diploma in Psychology, Business or similar
  • Well-founded expertise in transformations on an organizational, team and individual level with several successful projects
  • Several years of work experience in local and preferably global roles
  • Experience in a consultant position is a plus
  • Additional trainings in systemic organizational development, team building, or individual coaching
  • For the Senior Manager, you have long-term experience in local and global roles and a proven track record of successful collaboration at the most senior levels of an organization
  • Structured working approach and excellent communication skills are necessary
  • Proven track record of successful collaboration at the senior level of an organization
  • Fluent in English and German with the capability to work with international and diverse groups
