Tasks & responsibilities

  • In your new role, you will develop, evaluate, and compare analytical methods for the characterization of labelled compounds, with a particular focus on radiochemical stability assessment.
  • You will integrate HPLC and LC-MS analytical workflows to establish robust and reliable approaches for specific activity determination of radiolabelled compounds.
  • Furthermore, you will also investigate radiochemical degradation pathways and contribute to the development of predictive stability models for tritiated compounds.
  • You will drive the harmonization and standardization of analytical methodologies across radiochemistry projects to ensure data quality, consistency, and regulatory compliance.
  • In addition, you will interpret complex analytical datasets and communicate findings through scientific reports, presentations, and cross-functional collaborations to support radiolabelled compound development.
  • Finally, you will collaborate with radiochemists, analytical scientists, and DMPK researchers to advance innovative analytical solutions and support the development of high-quality radiolabelled compounds for preclinical and clinical studies.

Requirements

  • PhD degree in chemistry or a related discipline
  • Experience in working with radioactivity, ideally in the field of C-14
  • Strong background in analytics methods for radioactive material
  • Ability to independently plan and carry out studies and laboratory work
  • Experience in working with teams
  • Very good oral communication skills as well as scientifical writing and documentation competencies in English
