The Position
Join our dynamic team at Boehringer Ingelheim as a Customer Experience (CX) Head, TA. In this pivotal role, you will be the strategic linchpin, leveraging data to enrich decision-making and uncovering new business opportunities within the TA. Working in close collaboration with the TA Head and a standing member of the Brand Team, you will drive customer-centric initiatives for Human Pharma Germany. Tasks & responsibilities

  • As the primary point of contact, you will engage with the TA Head and Brand Team, acting as a strategic sparring partner.
  • You will be responsible for converting strategic and high-level tactical features into smaller, actionable user stories.
  • Strong capabilities for business case and LRR development by evaluating on-going operational requirement against existing resource and capabilities
  • Integral analytical support for OL, ACV and LTF planning process and preparations on a strategic level
  • Involvement in business cases and LRR development will be a key part of your role, as you evaluate ongoing operational requirements against existing resources and capabilities.
  • Overall management and leadership of 4-6 direct reports (incl people development) for the functional areas related to Project Management, Training & Development, Customer Insights & Forecasting, and Sales Force Effectiveness.
  • Establishing strategic and cooperative relationships with various functions within HP Business Operations and cross-functional teams will be a major part of your role.
  • You will serve as a liaison between various functions and groups (Brand Team, HP Operations Group Heads and Squad Leads), influencing stakeholders to improve productivity, manage necessary changes, and support key business projects.
  • Direct reporting line to Head of Human Pharma Operations, Human Pharma Germany.

Requirements

  • Doctoral degree (e.g., PhD, MD) and/or a Master's degree (e.g., MBA, MSc) or diploma degree
  • Possess experience in a leadership or people manager role, including in-depth knowledge of the German human pharmaceutical market
  • Exhibit excellent relationship-building skills and conflict management with above-average oral, written, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrate the ability to drive change, manage organizational transformations, and proactively implement innovation
  • Have experience in Commercial (Sales and/or Marketing), Training, Business Analyst roles.
  • Possess the ability to lead and steer different functions and can lead without authority within a TAs
  • Be capable of simplifying complex topics and providing clear actionable next steps.
  • Exhibit strength in being a solution-driven leader to address issues/challenges and lead the team to move forward together
  • Possess strong people management skills - inspires and develops growth for team members
