About OD-OS
Our mission is to protect the eyesight of patients with retinal diseases. For this purpose, the international team of OD-OS has been working closely with physicians and clinical experts worldwide for more than 10 years. Our unique navigated laser therapy system Navilas® sets a new standard for retinal treatment.

Hours: 40 hours per week
Start date: immediatly
Your tasks: 

• Carrying out installations, maintenance, repairs and safety checks on retinal lasers at our customers in hospitals and at physicians in private practice in the DACH region
• Telephone and written acceptance of customer inquiries from our direct customers and distributors
• Repairing returns from the field and providing spare parts
• Analyzing device data and malfunctions in cooperation with our R&D department
• Advising our customers as a medical device consultant according to § 83 MPDG
• Telephone and written support of our distributors for repairs and fault analyses 
Your profile:

• Completed vocational training in the field of electrical engineering, electronics or comparable training.
• Ideally, further training as a technician specializing in medical technology/electrical engineering
• Willingness to travel up to 50% in DACH region (no regular weekend work)
• Driving license class B
• Ability to problem solve and think analytically
• Good communication skills in German and English
• Customer oriented way of working
• Basic IT knowledge and knowledge of standards such as DICOM and HL7, advanced network integration, databases, MS Office, DGUV measurements is desirable but not essential
• Ability to plan and organize own field service assignments
