Stellenbeschreibung

As a Flightline Technical Planner (d/m/w), you will play a key role in supporting aircraft at one of the most critical stages of production and delivery. Operating in a vibrant aerospace environment, this role combines technical expertise, planning precision, and cross-functional coordination. Based in Hamburg, you will prepare and manage orders for Manufacturing Engineering, ensuring smooth transitions from the Flight Line phase to customer delivery. This full-time position involves shift work and occasional weekend or holiday duties, making flexibility and teamwork essential.

Your will:

  • Coordinate and oversee aircraft activities post-FOT (Fall Operation Test) at the Flight Line, preparing aircraft for customer delivery.
  • Manage both internal and external material procurement, ensuring timely delivery and monitoring the order process.
  • Analyze and document maintenance issues, delivering technical solutions in real time, and working closely with relevant departments.
  • Recognize disruptions promptly, implementing corrective measures collaboratively across functions.
  • Lead and coordinate technical and administrative support for aircraft during the Flightline/Delivery phases.
  • Plan and oversee work assignments executed by partners, suppliers, and third-party firms.
  • Translate design documentation into production orders, adhering to technical instructions and project requirements.
  • Contribute to key developmental projects and take on leadership roles within sub-projects to drive innovation.
VORAUSSSETZUNGEN:

To excel as a Flightline Technical Planner (d/m/w), you should bring a combination of technical knowledge, hands-on experience, and problem-solving abilities. The role requires effective communication skills and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and internationally connected aerospace environment. The following requirements will guide you:

  • Hold a degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable technical field.
  • Bring 2 years of professional experience in preparation planning, production, or aircraft manufacturing.
  • Possess advanced knowledge of SAP and applications such as Taksy/Gesy/Tesy and zamiz.
  • Have practical exposure to Manufacturing Engineering.
  • Demonstrate fluency in both German and English, essential for coordinating with global teams and suppliers.
  • Maintain a commitment to flexibility, including readiness for shift work, weekends, holidays, and on-call duties.
