Industrial Project Manager (d/m/w) AIRBUS

The role of Industrial Project Manager (d/m/w) is critical to operational efficiency and successful project execution within the Single Aisle (SA) FAL and Customer Line at Hamburg Finkenwerder. In this dynamic and high-impact position, you will collaborate closely with various teams to plan, monitor, and deliver key projects. Your tasks:

• Oversee program and project planning, scheduling, and timeline management, including work breakdown structures.
• Integrate and analyze data related to time, costs, resources, and quality.
• Manage risks and opportunities efficiently to mitigate challenges and maximize outcomes.
• Monitor performance milestones, phase checks, and overall project progress.
• Implement and maintain robust project management processes and tools.
• Ensure seamless communication within the team and across departments.

VORAUSSSETZUNGEN:

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
• 1 year of experience in manufacturing/production and supplier management
• 3 years of project management experience.
• Familiarity with Airbus processes and systems is highly advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of Change Management, Process Management, and Risk Management is preferred.
• Proficiency in German and English at negotiation level is essential.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Total Quality Management, and problem-solving methods are desirable.
• Additional qualifications like project management certifications and Planisware knowledge are considered a plus.
