Supply Chain Coordinator (d/f/m) AIRBUS

As a Supply Chain Coordinator (d/f/m) based in Hamburg Finkenwerder, you will play an integral role in ensuring the efficient operation of our supply chain network within Airbus. This full-time position requires you to act as the central coordinator for procurement and logistics processes, ensuring transparency and reliability in all supply chain activities. The role involves close collaboration with suppliers and internal stakeholders to maintain inventory levels, manage reverse logistics, and analyze performance data for continuous improvement.

Your tasks:

• Monitoring daily supply chain operations to ensure transparency and reliability.
• Coordinating goods receipt, internal transport, shipping, and reverse logistics processes.
• Managing inventory levels in alignment with supplier performance and customer needs.
• Collaborating with external suppliers and internal departments to implement preventative measures.
• Analyzing delays, prioritizing urgent tasks, and driving improvement efforts.
• Executing short- and long-term operational measures including logistics optimization.
• Acting as a problem-solver for supply chain conflicts.
• Handling project management tasks related to logistics and procurement within Airbus facilities in Hamburg Finkenwerder.

VORAUSSSETZUNGEN:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
• 3 years of experience in procurement, logistics, customer service, or project management.
• Proficiency in SAP/R3 and Google Workspace.
• Advanced German and English language skills (French or Spanish is beneficial).
• Ability to analyze functional relationships and manage complex logistics tasks.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders.
• Focus on structured and result-oriented work practices.
