As a Supply Officer Aircraft On Ground (d/f/m) in Hamburg, you will coordinate the timely flow of materials required to resolve urgent Aircraft on Ground situations in an assignment with Airbus. The role combines Supply Chain and Logistics coordination with supplier communication, order tracking and practical problem-solving in a time-critical environment.

• Managing material requirements and coordinating the supply flow to support Aircraft on Ground situations.
• Reviewing submitted requirements for accuracy and developing practical solutions to meet urgent material needs.
• Communicating demand to suppliers, placing orders and monitoring order confirmations and delivery progress.
• Analyzing delivery delays, coordinating recovery plans and following up on agreed corrective actions.
• Maintaining regular communication with internal customers regarding order status, expected delivery dates and recovery measures.
• Monitoring Supply Chain performance in day-to-day operations and maintaining regular contact with suppliers.
• Contributing to the definition and negotiation of Logistics processes and supporting continuous process improvements.
• Participating in the on-call service to help manage urgent requirements and time-critical supply situations.

VORAUSSSETZUNGEN:

The position is suited to an organized and communicative professional with initial experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Disposition or Material Procurement. A structured approach, sound coordination skills and the ability to respond quickly to changing priorities are important for success in this role.

• Completed university studies at least at Bachelor level in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or a comparable discipline.
• More than two years of professional experience in Disposition, Material Procurement, Supply Chain or Logistics.
• Practical understanding of supplier coordination, order management, delivery monitoring and recovery planning.
• Advanced application knowledge of SAP and confident use of Google Workspace.
• Advanced German language skills and negotiation-level English language skills.
• Independent, structured and results-oriented working style with reliable deadline management.
• Strong communication skills for effective cooperation with contacts at different organizational levels.
• Confident professional presence, quick comprehension and the ability to develop solutions under time pressure.
• Flexibility to participate in the on-call service.
