Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Security Awareness Intern to join the iGRC team.

This role is designed for a curious talent with a strong IT technical profile who will serve as the backbone of our operational efforts, ensuring that our data flows seamlessly and our security culture initiatives are measurable and impactful.

In this role, you will support the team by providing key insights from the results of different security awareness activities, such as training and phishing simulations, to help the strategy move forward. As a Security Awareness Intern you won't just be managing data, you will be ensuring that we have the visibility needed to mitigate human related risks. By streamlining our reporting and technical operations, you enable the team to make data driven decisions that directly contributes to the company's goal of maintaining a secure and trusted ecosystem for our customers, riders, and partners.

• Execute the daily extraction and synchronization of data from Workday via APIs to keep our training reports updated.
• Create & Maintain automated dashboards in Looker to provide real time visibility into training completion rates and organizational risk levels.
• Analyze large datasets to ensure correct employee segmentation, allowing for personalized awareness strategies across different global teams.
• Document technical workflows and data integration processes to create a scalable knowledge base for the team.
• Generate detailed reports for phishing simulation campaigns, identifying trends and segmenting results by department to pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Support the team with general operational needs providing technical solutions that improve the existing activities.
• Collaborate with the broader GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) team by providing general support and assistance to help drive their various initiatives and goals.

Qualifications

** What you need to be successful**

• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets with the ability to manage large datasets, use complex formulas and perform data cleaning.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools, specifically Looker including navigating and maintaining dashboards.
• Understanding of API logic and how data is integrated and transferred between different platforms (e.g., Workday to Looker).
• Knowledge in SQL to perform queries and troubleshoot data within visualization tools.
• Foundational knowledge of Cloud environments (AWS or GCP).
• Working knowledge of programming such as Python or JavaScript to support data automation.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Proactive approach to troubleshooting, with a drive to investigate and resolve data discrepancies or technical issues independently.
