Job Description
We are on the lookout for a highly motivated Associate Product Manager to join our Logistics Service team, where our mission is to increase loyalty through amazing service experiences. In our Logistics Team, you’ll tackle high-impact challenges that make last-mile delivery efficient, affordable, and sustainable. Your work will directly improve experiences for riders, end customers, and merchants across the globe. Each enhancement you contribute will help Delivery Hero optimize delivery operations, supporting expansion into new areas like grocery and retail.
As an Associate Product Manager in our Service AI Agents Domain, you will support the development of high-impact AI Agents that shape the service experiences we offer to millions of customers, riders and vendors across Delivery Hero’s 70+ markets. You’ll work hands-on with our AI Agents daily - implementing new skills, understanding how to improve the quality of the experience and supporting with critical testing to enable the rapid scale up.
- AI Agent Lifecycle: Contribute to end-to-end development of AI Agent "skills." You’ll participate in pre-release QA, obsess over conversational quality, and identify enhancements to ensure a high-quality user experience.
- Insights & Optimization: Conduct research and data analysis to identify journey friction. You will translate these findings into actionable user stories while monitoring KPIs and designing A/B tests to improve automation and user retention.
- Data-driven decision making: Monitor & dive deep into our KPIs. Design and execute A/B tests on conversational flows that enable us to improve the performance.
- Global Localization: Serve as the bridge between global product goals and local brand needs, ensuring AI behaviors are culturally relevant and operationally feasible across different regions.
- Trust & Safety: Partner with engineering, data science and other cross-functional stakeholders to define and monitor AI guardrails, ensuring our agents handle sensitive edge cases with empathy, precision, and technical safety.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in product management, preferably within AI, SaaS or e-commerce.
- Technical familiarity: understanding of how LLMs and Machine learning models work; experience with conversational UI/UX is a plus.
- Analytical Fluency: You don’t just pull data; you can translate SQL queries into actionable product insights and 'tell a story' with numbers to justify your roadmap priorities
- Ability to learn fast and work in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment with multiple stakeholders.
- A commitment to continuous improvements, a sense of ownership, comfort with context-switching and growth-oriented mindset.
