TASKS WITH IMPACT

• Develop and manage strategic supplier relationships at Group level
• Lead major commercial negotiations and annual trading agreements
• Build long-term partnerships with key suppliers and brand partners
• Drive supplier performance and joint business planning
• Own commercial targets including net sales, margin, profitability and working capital
• Identify group-wide synergies and purchasing efficiencies
• Lead business reviews and performance discussions with suppliers and stakeholders
• Partner closely with Marketing, Retail, eCommerce and Supply Chain to ensure strategic alignment

Alongside these competencies, we're looking for the following skills:

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field
• Several years of leadership experience in Purchasing/Category Management, ideally in an international retail or consumer goods environment
• Proven track record in managing large supplier relationships and complex negotiations
• Strong strategic and entrepreneurial mindset
• Advanced analytical and financial acumen
• Fluent English required, additional European languages are a plus
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities and a collaborative leadership style
• Ability to manage complexity and actively drive change
