Tipp:Tip: Alternatively, you can also use "BundID" ("Federal ID") or user name/e-mail address in combination with a password and a second factor (TOTP) to log in. We recommend "BundID" for private individuals. This method is particularly necessary if you want to change your address or bank details in your online account.
Secure account login using Passkey
After registering/logging in with a user name and password, it is mandatory to secure your account with a second factor.
With the Passkey technology, we offer you a particularly fast, convenient and secure two-factor login option. By setting up a passkey, you can, for example, use biometric procedures such as a fingerprint or face scan to log in – provided you have a suitable device such as a smartphone.
